Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsThe Code, other than sections 72 to 74 and 76 to 81, does not apply to an approved provider (within the same meaning as in the Aged Care Act 1997 ) to the extent that the approved provider is providing credit that is made and regulated under that Act.
Note: Section 203B of the Code provides, among other things, that the regulations may exempt a person or a class of persons from all or specified provisions of the Code.
