NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2010 - REG 97

    For subsection   161(2) of the Code, the designated amounts and terms for which a comparison rate is to be calculated are:

  (a)   $250 for a term of 2 weeks; and

  (b)   $1   000 for a term of 6 months; and

  (c)   $2   500 for a term of 2 years; and

  (d)   $10   000 for a term of 3 years; and

  (e)   $30   000 for a term of 5 years; and

  (f)   $150   000 for a term of 25 years.
