NATIONAL GREENHOUSE AND ENERGY REPORTING REGULATIONS 2008 - REG 6.33

    A registered greenhouse and energy auditor may be deregistered by the Regulator:

  (a)   under regulation   6.35   , 6.35A or 6.36; or

  (b)   if requested by the auditor--under regulation   6.37.
