NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 31

Meaning of practitioner

    In this Division:

"practitioner" means any of the following:

  (a)   a medical practitioner;

  (b)   an authorised midwife;

  (c)   an authorised nurse practitioner.
