Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A verifying authority may verify a physical quantity of an artefact by making a measurement of the physical quantity.
(2) Verification of the physical quantity of the artefact must be conducted in an appropriate way, having regard to the nature of the artefact.
