Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Director may, in writing, delegate the Director's powers and functions under this instrument (other than this power of delegation) to an employee who is:
(a) either:
(i) a staff member mentioned in section 41 of the Act; or
(ii) a person whose services are made available to the Gallery under section 42 of the Act; and
(b) any of the following:
(i) classified as Executive Level 2;
(ii) acting in a position usually occupied by an employee who is classified as Executive Level 2;
(iii) classified as Executive Level 1;
(iv) acting in a position usually occupied by an employee who is classified as Executive Level 1.
(2) A person exercising powers or performing functions under a delegation under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Director.
