NATIVE TITLE (INDIGENOUS LAND USE AGREEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 4

    Despite the repeal of the Native Title (Indigenous Land Use Agreements) Regulations   1 998 , those Regulations continue to apply in relation to any application for registration of an indigenous land use agreement made before the commencement of these Regulations.
