OFFSHORE ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 45

    For the purposes of section   29 of the Act, this Part prescribes the licensing scheme in relation to:

  (a)   management plans; and

  (b)   other matters.
