Licence areas

Feasibility licences

  (1)   The maximum area for a feasibility licence is 700 km 2 .

Note:   See paragraph   33(4)(c) of the Act.

Commercial licences

  (2)   The maximum area for a commercial licence is 700 km 2 .

Note:   See paragraph   42(4)(c) of the Act.
