Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If the information in a notice about a well activity given to the Regulator under regulation 5.22 is no longer accurate, the titleholder must provide the Regulator with updated information as soon as practicable.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the reason why the information is no longer accurate is because the integrity of the well is subject to a significant new risk or a significantly increased risk.
Note: A significant new risk or a significantly increased risk requires
a revision of the well operations management plan for the well--see
subregulation 5.10(3).
