Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a facility must keep all documents required by the safety case in force for the facility in the manner set out in the safety case.
Note: Subdivision D of Division 1 of Part 2 sets out the record keeping requirements in relation to documents.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
