OZONE PROTECTION AND SYNTHETIC GREENHOUSE GAS MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 500

Discharge of scheduled substances (other than methyl bromide) used as feedstock (Act s 45B)

For the purposes of paragraph 45B(1)(d) of the Act, a person may discharge a scheduled substance (other than methyl bromide) if the substance is being used as feedstock.

Note: Discharge of methyl bromide is dealt with by regulation 216.
