OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 11

Commonwealth - controlled companies to be taken to be prescribed authorit ies

    For the purposes of subsection   3A(3) of the Act, each of the following Commonwealth - controlled companies is to be tak en to be a prescribed authority:

  (a)   Aboriginal Hostels Limited;

  (b)   ANU Enterprise Pty Limited.
