Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies in relation to international travel by a member (the representative , who may be a Minister) representing the Prime Minister or another Minister.
The representative and staff
(2) International travel expenses are prescribed for the following:
(a) the representative;
(b) one staff member accompanying the representative.
Accompanying spouse
(3) For the spouse of the representative to accompany the representative, the following are prescribed:
(a) international travel expenses;
(b) transport costs for incidental travel within Australia.
