PARLIAMENTARY BUSINESS RESOURCES REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 97

Persons in relation to whom dominant purpose test does not apply

For the purposes of paragraph 26(2)(b) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed:

(a) a member's nominee;

(b) a designated person in relation to a member;

(c) a person (other than a member) whose additional transport costs for travel by unscheduled commercial transport are prescribed under section 30 or 31.
