PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES (NATIONAL RESIDUE SURVEY LEVIES) REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 89
When levy is due for payment (Collection Act, s 6)
NRS excise levy payable on horse slaughter is due for payment on
the last day for giving the Secretary a return about the slaughter.
Note: For penalty for late payment, see s 15 of the Collection Act.
