PROCEEDS OF CRIME REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 16

  (1)   For the purposes of sub section   1 44(1) of the Act, the following particulars are specified :

  (a)   the name of the court that made the pecuniary penalty order;

  (b)   the date of the order;

  (c)   the amount of money that is to be paid under the order;

  (d)   the name of the person who must pay the amount.

  (2)   For the purposes of sub section   1 44(2) of the Act, the certificate may be registered in a court having jurisdiction with respect to the recovery of debts of an amount equal to the amount of the pecuniary penalty order by filing it in that court.
