Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf the final report contains a conclusion that there is material or pervasive evidence that one or more of the requirements in paragraphs 39(c) to (f) have not been satisfied in relation to the design and installation of a small generation unit, the Regulator must provide a copy of the report to the scheme operator for the accreditation scheme under which the person or persons who designed and installed the small generation unit were accredited.
