RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 6.15
Amount to be transferred
For the purposes of subsection 50(3) of the Act, the
amount of an RSA is the RSA holder's withdrawal benefit in the RSA.
