REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL (MEMBERS' FEES AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATION 2016 - REG 5

Note:   A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:

(a)   President;

(b)   Tribunal.

    In this instrument:

"Act" means the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .

"member" means a member of the Tribunal.
