SUPERANNUATION (CSS) FORMER PROVIDENT ACCOUNT CONTRIBUTORS REGULATIONS 1978 - REG 2

  (1)   Subject to subregulation (2), these Regulations shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 1 July 1976 .

  (2)   Subregulation 4 (2) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and including 24 April 1978 .
