SOUTH PACIFIC FORUM SECRETARIAT (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 7

Privileges and immunities of certain Secretariat representatives at conferences

  (1)   A person who is accredited to, or attends, a meeting of the Committee as a representative of a country other than Australia has the privileges and immunities stated in items 2 and 3 in Part I in the Third Schedule to the Act.

  (2)   A person who has ceased to be accredited to, or who has attended, a meeting of the Committee as a representative of a country other than Australia has the immunity stated in Part II of the Third Schedule to the Act.
