Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies in relation to the suspension or revocation of a licence if the licence was suspended or revoked before the commencement day.
(2) Despite the repeal of Part 5 of the old regulations, that Part continues to apply in relation to the suspension or revocation on or after the commencement day as if the repeal had not happened.
