Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) In these regulations:
"Act" means the Superannuation Act 1976 .
"housing allowance" : see subregulation 8AA(3).
(2) In Parts 4 and 5, unless the contrary intention appears, salary has the same meaning as in section 5 of the Act.
