Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsA Public Interest Advocate holds office for the period specified in the written instrument declaring the person to be a Public Interest Advocate. The period must not exceed 5 years.
Note: A Public Interest Advocate may be reappointed: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
