Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if a designation by the Secretary under regulation 16J (as in force immediately before the commencement day) of a medicine, vaccine or in vivo diagnostic agent as an orphan drug was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2) The designation continues in force for 12 months beginning
on the commencement day.
