Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Unless notification of the dispute is withdrawn under section 7 , or the ACCC terminates the arbitration under section 11 , the ACCC must make a written determination.
(2) Before making a determination, the ACCC must give a draft of the determination to each party.
(3) When the ACCC makes a determination it must:
(a) give a copy of the determination to each party; and
(b) include the reasons for the determination.
