TRANSPORT SAFETY INVESTIGATION (VOLUNTARY AND CONFIDENTIAL REPORTING SCHEME) REGULATION 2012 - REG 22

  (1)   The ATSB ma y, in writing, delegate a power of the ATSB under this regulation (other than this power of delegation) to the following:

  (a)   the Chief Commissioner;

  (b)   a staff member who has duties relating to the administration of the REPCON scheme .

  (2)   In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply w ith any directions of the ATSB.
