Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of paragraph ( d) of the definition of grape product in subsection 4(1) of the Act, a product is a grape product for the purposes of the Act if:
(a) it includes wine; and
(b) it is derived in whole or in part from prescribed goods; and
( c ) a standard, within the meaning of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 , applies to it.
