WATER EFFICIENCY LABELLING AND STANDARDS REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 3

Definition

    In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 .

Note:   For the definitions of the following terms, see section 7 of the Act:

ï‚·   civil penalty provision

ï‚·   Regulator.
