Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must manage risks to health and safety associated with an ignition source in a hazardous atmosphere at the workplace, in accordance with Part 3.1.
Note: WHS Act--section 19 (see regulation 9).
(2) This regulation does not apply if the ignition source is part of a deliberate process or activity at the workplace.
