WOOL SERVICES PRIVATISATION (WOOL LEVY POLL) REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 11

  (1)   The ballot - paper sent to each entity must set out:

  (a)   the name of the entity; and

  (b)   the entity's voting entitlement; and

  (c)   the following rates:

  (i)   a nil rate;

  (ii)   the rate (the current rate ) of wool levy prescribed in Part   2 of Schedule   27 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations   1999 ;

  (iii)   if the current rate is greater than 0.5 percentage points--the rate 0.5 percentage points less than the current rate;

  (iv)   the rate 0.5 percentage points greater than the current rate;

  (v)   if the research body considers it appropriate--another rate that differs from the current rate by a whole number multiple of 0.5 percentage points.

  (2)   The ballot - paper approved under regulation   14 may be made available for voting in electronic form using the Internet, at an address stated in the voting instructions.

  (3)   The research body may make changes to the form of the ballot - paper approved under regulation   14 only if necessary to facilitate the display of the ballot - paper in electronic form.
