Appropriation Act (No. 1) 1983-84 No. 98 of 1983 - SECT 8

8. (1) In addition to the sum appropriated by section 4, the Minister for
Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply, in respect
of the year ending on 30 June 1984, such sums as the Minister for Finance from
time to time determines.

(2) The sums determined by the Minister for Finance under sub-section (1) are
appropriated for the purposes of the Loan Consolidation and Investment Reserve
established by the Loan Consolidation and Investment Reserve Act 1955.
