APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 2) 1986-87 No. 118 of 1986 - SECT 12

12. The Supply Act (No. 2) 1986-87 has effect, and shall be taken to have had
effect at all times after its commencement, as if a reference in sub-division
4 of Division 942 in the Schedule to that Act to the River Murray  Waters Act
1915 were a reference to the River Murray Waters Act 1983.
