AUSTRALIAN APPLE AND PEAR CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 16 of 1986 - SECT 7

7. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (7) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(7) A person who contravenes sub-section (6) is guilty of an offence
punishable, upon conviction-

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-by a fine not exceeding $1,000; and

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-by a fine not exceeding $5,000.".
