AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 16

16. (1) The Director may, in writing, request that information which the
relevant employer has included in a confidential report be made available to
the public or for use, either in whole or in part, in a report of the Director
under sub-section 12 (1) or (2).

(2) Where a relevant employer has received a request by the Director under
sub-section (1), the relevant employer may, in writing, consent to-

   (a)  the Director making that information available to the public; or

   (b)  the Director using that information in a report of the Director under
        sub-section 12 (1) or (2), subject to such conditions as the
        relevant employer specifies in the consent.
