AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 18

18. Where a public report or confidential report has been lodged with the
Director by a relevant employer and, in the opinion of the Director, the
information provided in the report by the employer fails to comply with
sub-section 13 (3) or 14 (2), as the case may be, the Director may, by notice
in writing, request the employer to provide further information within such
period as is specified in the notice.
