APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 44 of 1976 - SECT 4
Seasons to which Act applies.
4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (1)
the words ''the first day of October, One thousand nine hundred and seventy,
and to each of the next four succeeding seasons'' and substituting the words
''1 October 1970 and to each of the next 5 succeeding seasons''.
