ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 129

Commission officers may be required to attend Regional Council meetings

129. (1) The Chairperson of a Regional Council may ask the Chief Executive
Officer, in writing, to nominate a member of the staff of the Commission to
attend meetings of the Regional Council.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall nominate a member of the staff of the
Commission to attend meetings accordingly.
