ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 147

147. The Corporation has the following functions:

   (a)  to engage in commercial activities;

   (b)  to promote and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
        self-management and economic self-sufficiency;

   (c)  such other functions as are conferred on the Corporation by this Act.
