ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 189
Application of Division 2 of Part XI of Audit Act
189. (1) It is hereby declared that the Corporation is a public authority to
which Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 applies.
(2) Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 applies to the Corporation as
if sections 63D and 63E were omitted.
