ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 223

223. Section 21B of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage
Protection Act 1984*1* is amended by omitting from subsection (1) "delegate to
a State Minister or an officer of the Department all or any powers that are
conferred on the Minister by or under this Part." and substituting the
following:
''delegate all or any powers that are conferred on the Minister by or under
this Part to:

   (a)  a State Minister;

   (b)  an officer of the Department; or

   (c)  the Chief Executive Officer of, or a member of the staff of, the
        Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission.''.
