ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 70
Limits on Commission's powers
70. (1) The Commission shall not borrow money except in accordance with
section 69.
(2) The Commission shall not raise money except by borrowing.
