AUSTRALIAN BICENTENNIAL AUTHORITY ACT 1980 No. 49 of 1980 - SECT 11

11. (1) The Board shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the receipts and expenditure of the Authority for each financial
year and, if the Minister so directs, for any other period specified by the
Minister, and shall submit those estimates to the Minister not later than such
date as the Minister directs.

(2) Moneys of the Authority shall not be expended by the Authority otherwise
than in accordance with estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
