Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1983 No. 7 of 1983 - SECT 34

34. Section 74 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(5) Notwithstanding that, by reason of section 5 of the Australian 
Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 , there is no longer a body corporate under
the name Australian Broadcasting Commission, this section continues to have
effect for the purpose of its application, by virtue of section 79ZJ, in
relation to the Special Broadcasting Service.''.
