Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1983 No. 7 of 1983 - SECT 69

Recording of parliamentary proceedings 

69. Section 13A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

''(1) In this section, 'Corporation' means the Australian Broadcasting
Corporation.''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-sections (2), (2A), (3) and (4) ''Commission''
        (wherever occurring) and substituting ''Corporation''.
