Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1983 No. 7 of 1983 - SECT 71

Persons other than the Commission not to construct, maintain or operate telecommunications installations 

71. Section 94 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (d) the following paragraph:

''(da) by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in accordance with the
Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 or by a person doing any act
pursuant to section 77 of that Act;''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (e) ''the Australian Broadcasting
        Commission or''.
