AUSTRALIA COUNCIL AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 114 of 1980 - SECT 12
Termination of office
12. Section 19F of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(e) of sub-section (2) "without reasonable excuse" after "fails".
