AUSTRALIA COUNCIL AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 114 of 1980 - SECT 5

5. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (f) of sub-section (1) and substituting the
        following paragraph:



"(f) an officer or employee appointed or engaged, as the case may be, under
section 41.";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "a Board or"; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "the Board or" (wherever occurring).
