Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The Director-General, on behalf of the Commonwealth, has all the rights, duties and powers of an employer in respect of an Australian Civilian Corps employee.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Director-General has, in respect of Australian Civilian Corps employees, the rights, duties and powers that are prescribed by the regulations.
